This tutorial describes the main functionality of the mixer in Cubase. Particular attention should be paid to the Output Bus section, which mimics the master section of a hardware mixing desk. Many of the features of the mixer can be accessed via other parts of the graphical user interface (namely the Inspector and the track settings dialog). These methods allow tracks/channels to be manipulated individually, whereas the mixer gives an overview of all the tracks in a project simultaneously. Video by Dr James Mooney.
